D shaped stay can be rotated about the bolt so that ETC Lock Case are placed in appropriate place.
It is NOT impossible to install ETC Lock Case into Harley-Davidson with engine guard. However, it is extremely difficult to keep enough clearance between case and motorcycle itself.
We advise you to study “Softail Side Stay” instead of “D shaped stay” if your motorcycle has engine guard.
JRM-21 and MSC-BE700 are provided for new generation “ETC 2.0” system.
Now we are constructing ETC Lock Case for JRM-21.

Oil Cooler Core Guard RG-3
is ready to be for sale.
It fits Harley-Davidson Touring models with Milwaukee-Eight engine except Twin-Cooled Touring models.
Oil cooler is located bottom of the motorcycle. There are possibilities that oil cooler core could be damaged by flying small stones or bags.
Once oil cooler is damaged, cooling function decreases or causes oil leaks.
Honeycomb structure prevents foreign substances from passing through and damaging cooler core without decreasing air flow.

Spacer G51 is necessary if you use ETC Lock Case(EC51-N, EC51-M, EC51-S)
Spacer G51 is placed in ETC Lock Case.
There is no extra clearance between spacer and case.
MSC-BE700 is on the spacer G51.
The letters “ETC2.0 MITSUBA” should face to spacer G51.

Why do these bolts affect motorcycle in a surprising way.
These are not magical bolts but just bolts causes physical effect.
Before thinking about our Injector Tuning Bolts, we have to recall what the static electricity is.
We remember the pain of the static. When we touch the door of automobile or door knob, pain runs from our finger to palm.
Static electricity is here and there. We are surrounded by it.
Not to mention, motorcycles are surrounded by static electricity.
Do you remember atom? The knowledge of atom is necessary to think about static electricity.
Atom consists of proton, electron and neutron.
The center of the atom, nucleus is there. In it, there are protons and neutrons. Around the nucleus, there are electrons.
Protons have a positive charge. Electrons have a negative charge. Neutrons have no charge.
The charge on the protons and electrons are same size.
When this balance turns to be broken, it it the beginning of static electricity.
Mechanism of static electricity
Please think what kind of situation causes static electricity.
It is possible to say that if something is there emerging of static electricity condition is fulfilled.
Nothing to do with the status of the materials, solid, liquid or gas.
One loses electrons and the other gets electrons due to contacting, tearing or friction.
The one which loses electron turns to have a positive charge, the other turns to have a negative charge.
Triboelectric series determines which electricity (positive or negative) is charged to the materials.
Materials written in the left part of the chart tend to have positive charge. Materials written in the right part of the chart tend to have negative charge.
Air or mixed air flows through the injector, carburetor and intake manifold tends to have positive charge.
Take a look at injector, carburetor and intake manifold consist of metallic materials.
On the surface of these metallic parts, static induction can be identified.
The material which has positive charge gets to closer to other material which has negative charge, on the surface of the latter material we can see the phenomenon of gathering of electrons.
It is because of the free electrons metallic material has in it.
Metallic materials have possibility to have static electricity if they don’t earth to the ground.
It is called coulomb force.
Coulomb force pulls air or mixed air which have positive charge closer to the surface of the injector or the intake manifold which have negative charge.
As a result, smooth flow of air or mixed air is prevented.
The function of Injector Tuning Bolts
Injector tuning bolts utilize the characters of electricity.
Electricity have some characters. For example, it flows into the place where there is less resistance or it gathers around the sharpened place.
Because of these reasons, we put crown shaped stainless nails on the top of the bolt.
